The 610 has more disk capacity than the 630, but the 630 can have an I/O
drawer to add more capacity.

I haven't used them, but to me the 610 looks OK, but a bit limited.
Probably quite adequate for monitoring, unless you have a lot of servers to
monitor.

I wouldn't worry about disk capacity: I generally favour external disks, as
that offers more flexibility, (more room for expansion; options to share
disks with other systems; quicker and easier to migrate to a new system in
the future). Stick in an SSA drawer if you really need the space.
