Try using /usr/sbin/updtvpkg . It will update the RPM database to let it
know about lpps installed on your system.

If you install a package using rpm, it will update installp but not the
other way around. You need to use the above command to update rpm.

maybe they are installed, but rpm doesnt know (cause they are installed
by installp)

I am not sure if rpm can check satisfied dependencies by installp.

If not, a --nodeps should do
