Note the bit in the message: "IBM Internal Use Only".
Maymap has never been available to customers officially. Some people have
been fortunate enough to acquire a copy from a sympathetic CE.
There are no downloads and I doubt that it's been maintained within IBM.
(But it's still very useful.)
