I have been to the AIX 5L Implementation Differences class and it is very
good.

The new AIX 5L WLM, new web-based System Manager, System V printing, and
JFS2 are just some of the new items in AIX 5L.

Well worth your time

You can also change (adding/deleting) your paging spaces w/o rebooting. I
was astounded by this 1 item alone!

We're getting a couple of p690s soon and I'm likely to be involved in
supporting them, so I've been looking at training.
IBM UK list two courses:
System Administration for High End SMP Servers (this one doesn't appear to
be running at the moment)
pSeries LPAR for AIX

Can anyone offer an opinion on either of these courses? Will I be able to
manage without additional training?

I'm also looking at another course:
AIX5L Implementation Differences.

Any opinions on that one?
