        the bos.install.rte update fixed the issue. no reboot necessary.

        "The oslevel command may not indicate that the 4330-10 Recommended
        Maintenance Level is installed even after updating from the 4/2002

        CD. This only occurs on systems that are newly installed from the
4/2002
        level of the AIX 4.3.3 installation media. This problem is fixed in
the
