ML10 installed but not showing with "instfix" or "oslevel -r"

Hi-

I updated several M80s and S80 to ML10 and the installs went fine. However,
on 2 systems:

        instfix -i | grep ML
        and "oslevel -r"

report that ML9 is the latest Maintenance Level installed. I updated the
systems from ML9 to 10.
If I try to re-run "smitty update_all" from the Ml10 update CD, smit says
"all updates have already been installed".

Anyone seen this before?
