So evidently the 'chfs' command failed when you tried to add space - which
left you with the locked VG.

If the speed of light is 299792458 m / s, what is the speed of dark?

Bill:
During this weekend I have not logged into the system, nor the operators.
The only error was referred to a full /home file system, I "reached" this
problem when I tried to add more free space to that filesystem.
On the other hand, the system doesn't seem to have any problem at all.
