There is no dhcp.
Pls. If I want to make the my 10/100/1000 MB card work with 1000MB ,
which mode I had to choose ?

is this box, by chance getting it's ip address via dhcp? You'll
probably get other answers, here, but I certainly never trust
auto-negotiation with aix. set it to what you want and then set the
switch port to what you want. eliminate negotiation as a source of
trouble.
