This has come up before, so you might find something in the archive.

There are two techniques I've come across. One is to put something in the
users' profile which checks whether they're already logged on. The other is
to have a background process checking for multiple logins and
reporting/terminating them.

Is there an easy way to restrict a USERID to a single login on a system?  We
have some users who are sharing their passwords, and sometimes find a single
USERID logged in several times at once. Management has forbidden us from
pummeling the user about the head with large heavy objects.
