Is there IBM documentation you can point me to which states that 5.2
Is not supported on MCA systems?

yes, you can. 5L (5.1) does support 32 bit hardware, and microchannel
boxes.

There will be NO support for this hardware in 5.2, since IBM is dropping
support for MCA.

I have 5.1 running on some very old hardware.

the impression that AIX v5 was for the 64 bit hardware. Was I wrong? Could
I install AIX v5L on a 7013-J50, J40 and a 7012-G30?
