filesets (and thats all a ML consists of) are cumulative.
so, install the lastest ML and you probably have all earlier ML.
probably means: sometimes filesets get removed from later ML, some java
filesets f.e.
but dont worry; install the latest ML and use instfix to determine if
something is missing
