question on Service Director

Hi,
On our SP/2 RS/6000 nodes, we have Service Director configured to call-home
when there are severe problems.
Can someone tell me if there is similar functionallity available for other
pseries machines (namely p660 and p640)?
If so where would I obtain and/or configure it? I did see references to
"Service Agent" but am not sure if this is it.
