There are some advantages with larger memory cards. Obviously, if you have
one big one rather than two small ones you have more room for future
expansion. Also, larger cards hold their value better. So if you come to
upgrade your memory a couple of years down the line, a whole load of 512MB
cards are going to be worth much less than larger cards.

Depending on the system, there may be some performance value in having more
than one card; probably not worth having more than two, though. If I were
you I'd check that, (I'm not very familiar with the 620), then go for either
2x2GB or 1x4GB.

If you're confident that you will never need to upgrade the memory on this
server, then take the cheapest option.
