Summary: Replacing KGPSA-DQ with KGPSA-EA

Thanks to all who replied.
A kernel rebuild was not necessary.
I did fail to mention in my original post that the KGPSA-DA was not
being used so there were no filesystems or reconfiguration of SAN
disks to be done. The KGPSA-EA went directly into the slot the
KGPSA-DA was in and the card showed up upon booting.
