Hello all,
I am having trouble getting a disk back in service. I have installed a new disk in AlphaServer 8400 running Tru64 5.1b PK3 and executed hwmgr scan scsi, hwmgr show scsi and rebooted and I keep getting: 188: 10 DFS00-00 disk none 2 1 (null) [6/3/0]
I rebooted the AlphaServer and continue to get the same output. Took the AlphaServer to single user mode to remove disk using hwmgr delete scsi -did ##, hwmgr delete -id, hwmgr delete component. Nothing seems to work.
The disk association should be: DK6 --> dsk21 --> [6/3/0]
Can someone help me in the right direction?
