ASU and sessions warning...

Dear ASU Experts,

I have recently noticed the following error message (appearing in
tandem) a few times:
========================================================================
Jul 1 17:28:49 nodeM vmunix: knbtcp: Warning - session limit exceeded;
current limit = 256
Jul 1 17:28:49 nodeM vmunix: Recommend increasing parameter
"knbsessions" for subsystem "knbtcp" using sysconfigdb
========================================================================

Our current versions on the DS20 machine are:
Compaq Advanced Server V5.1A ECO3 for UNIX
Tru64 Unix 5.1 pk2

I would like to know:
1. Under what circumstances could this happen (we have ASU license for
100 users with max. 50 concurrent users on a typical day)?
2. Should the recommended parameter be increased? If so, how?

Appreciate a prompt reply. Thanks.

Harihar K
