disk drive failure

I have a local disk drive, dsk8, that failed. Here
are the some of the /var/adm/messages errors:

I rebooted the system and now I can't find the drive,
either with the hwmgr -scan scsi (didn't really expect
to find it with this) or looking at /dev/rdisk/dsk8c.
Where should I go from here? Thanks!
