Hi,
A while ago, I asked how I could figure out the relation between the output of disks on the storagecontroller and at OS level.
I said that the controller was a HSG80 but actually, it is a HSZ80. But, nevertheless I tried to set the IDENTIFIER parameter as told by
David J. DeWolfe, Andrew Raine and Hans Verhoef advised me. But the HSZ80 doesn't have a parameter called IDENTIFIER.
Here's a little of the output :
UPPER HSZ80>set D604 IDENTIFIER = 604
                    ^
Command syntax error at or near here
UPPER HSZ80>set D604 IDENTU
                    ^
Command syntax error at or near here
UPPER HSZ80>set D604 ?
Your options are:
ENABLE_ACCESS_PATH = [get help at a lower level]
DISABLE_ACCESS_PATH = [get help at a lower level]
  MAXIMUM_CACHED_TRANSFER_SIZE = (decimal value)
  READ_CACHE
  NOREAD_CACHE
  READAHEAD_CACHE
  NOREADAHEAD_CACHE
  RUN
  NORUN
  WRITEBACK_CACHE
  NOWRITEBACK_CACHE
  WRITE_PROTECT
  NOWRITE_PROTECT
UPPER HSZ80>
As you can see, I can't set anything like IDENTIFIER.
Does anybody know how this works on a HSZ80 ?

best regards,
Andy Kannberg
