Workstation reboots

I have an old AlphaStation 600 5/266 running Tru64 Unix 4.0f. In the
last few days it has for no apparent reason rebooted many times. For
example, it rebooted eight times in a period of about 90 minutes on
Friday, 2/10, then three more times during the week, then nine times in
a period of seven hours on Friday, 2/17 and three more times since then
(twice on Saturday and at 4am Sunday). I should point out that
Friday/Saturday is our weekend. The workstation is connected to the
same UPS system as all our other computers including several in the same
room, so there is no possibility that this is being caused by a power
outage. Also, the error log shows no error messages.

Any ideas about what could be causing this behavior?

Regards.
Peter
