corrupt binary.errlog

Tru64UNIX V5.1A sp1

uerf -R -r300 displays a few valid entries, then goes corrupted. I'm
not sure it's an approved command. Is there a way to correct or refresh
the log file. The usr/adm/binary.errlog file is a sysbolic link to a
cluster member.

binary.errlog -> ../cluster/members/{memb}/adm/binary.errlog
