Is there a good site that lists the memory spec's for the older DEC Equipment.
Crucial has no idea. (The person thought I meant
Dell when I said DEC. Then told me to downlaod
their memory scan utility (for windows)).
One of our Profs tossed out an XP1000 Workstation
(no idea who it was, the machine was just sitting
in the surplus pile). I've salvaged the memory
and want to upgrade some of our production
machines and I'd like to find out what type of
memory our systems use.
The memory is
Micron 256MB PC100 ECC REGISTERED SDRAM module
Looking back through previous emails, it looks
like it will work in my 600au, will it work in a
DS10?
Is there a comprehensive list of the memroy requirements for these old systems?
thanks,
James
