Thanks for responses from Mahendra Rajah, Dr. Thomas Blinn, Jenny Butler

There was no HOLD on the Tru64 5.1b PK5 patchkit itself, it was the subsequent AdvFS patch which was pulled from release, and then later reinstated again. The info from HP engineering was therefore a little out of date. Latest details are:

Kit T64KIT0025601-V51BB26-E-20050513, which had temporarily been placed on
hold, is no longer on hold.
"

There's nothing mentioned on ITRC as far as I can see.
