KZPSA error

The machine is an Alphaserver 8200 running Tru64 Unix 5.1b with StorageWorks

Can anyone tell what is causing the following error:

KZPSA error on pke0.4.0.9.1, cmd = 28, sts = 0, camh->status = 19
KZPSA: failed to send to pke0.4.0.9.1

Noticed that when "show dev" is executed the disks on that particular shelf do
not show up, and after "init" they reappear.

Is this the SCSI controller error or the disk shelf?
