problem with PK4

hi managers,

I left the issues with PK4 for a while. So, when I picked it up, I decided
to read the docs again, and figured why no patch was installed. It was
because of
some file conflicts.
when I try to install PK4 I get the following errors:

Checking patch prerequisites and patch file applicability...
  (depending upon the number of patches you select, this may take awhile)

   *** Installing 59 patches ***

 - Tru64_UNIX_V5.1B / Kernel Patches:

                its origin can not be identified.

This patch will not be installed.
