Problem with sendmail on Tru64 Unix V5.1 cluster

We're fairly new to clustering and are having a problem with sendmail. It's
a 2-node cluster, and on one of the nodes sendmail works perfectly, but on
the other node we're getting the following errors in the sendmail log file
and then sendmail dies a violent death:

Apr 1 10:32:22 wasp sendmail[1157689]: starting daemon (8.12.2):
SMTP+queueing@00:15:00

Apr 1 10:32:22 wasp sendmail[1157689]: NOQUEUE:
SYSERR(root):opendaemonsocket: daemon MSA: cannot bind: Address already in
use

Apr 1 10:32:22 wasp sendmail[1157689]: daemon MSA: problem creating = SMTP
socket

Apr 1 10:32:27 wasp sendmail[1157689]: NOQUEUE:
SYSERR(root):opendaemonsocket: daemon MSA: cannot bind: Address already in
use

Any thoughts or ideas anyone has would be GREATLY appreciated!
