Good-bye

First I'd like to say thanks for all the help I've received over the years as a member of this list. This list's unique feature of the response only to the requster, who provides summary, sure saves time wading through numerous responses to questions that you may have sent a response to yourself.

But alas, time marches forward and our Tru64 cluster has been replaced by Linux clusters. The Tru-64 cluster was just shutdown, for the last time, only moments ago. Only one thing remains....

How to I sign off the list?

UNIX is very user friendly, It's just very particular about who it makes friends with.

A recent study has found that concentrating on difficult off-screen objects, such as the faces of loved ones, causes eye strain in computer professionals. Reasearchers cite the added concentration required to "make sense" of such unnatural three dimensional objects.
