program to monitor /var/adm/syslog.dated logs?

I am looking for a program which can monitor the activity in my Tru64
5.1b log files. I use "logwatch" under Linux and am pleased with it, but
it will require extensive modifications to work with the tru64 log
structure. Does anyone use a piece of software like logwatch under
tru64? Lacking that, would anyone be willingto share their modifications
to logwatch?
