Server Crash: HOLD

Hi,

I upgraded a tru64 Unix Cluster (2 nodes) some days ago from 5.1A to
5.1B.

The last 4 weeks one node crashed 3 times. When I go the server room the
server is in HOLD case (console prompt).

I rebooted the system everytime it crashed and everything worked
properly again.

Do you have any suggestion what this problem can be. (in log files I
can't really see anything which is wrong!!)
