Admins,

I have recently installed Internet Express 6.3 on a 4
node cluster running V5.1B PK4 (SRM 6.7).

When I try to access the Admin web interface I get an
error immediately after authorisation, as follows:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /manage_osis.php
on this server.
Apache/1.3.31 Server at 10.150.8.90 Port 8081

This error demonstrated itself immediately post
installation and prevented product registration.

I am able to access the Samba SWAT pages but trying to
move back to the "manage components" page produces the
above error again.

So, I appear to have a problem with the Apache Secure
Admin pages. Can anyone help? Have I provided enough
information?

The installed subsets are:

Internet Express Administration Utility
Secure Web Server Administration Utility
Secure Web Server 1.3 powered by Apache 1.3
Secure Web Server Documentation
Internet Express Documentation
Samba File/Print Server v3.0.2a
Tcl v8.3 Runtime
PINE 4.58 and TIN 1.6.2
