Hello Tru64 Managers:

Thanks to all those who replied.
The problem was in the zoning of the SAN Switch.
Once I found the problem, it was easy to fix.

Thanks a lot.

----------------------------------------------------
I am having a problem of all the MSA1000 volumes not
showing on the SRM Console of DS25 and DS15. Earlier,
we had the system in our facilities in California and
now the system is moved to a customer site in Manila,
Philippines. After booting the system up, I ran into
the problem of only one path to MSA1000 showing in the
SRM Console.

Following is our setup:
* 2 - MSA1000, and 2 - 2x16 San Switches.
* 6 Alpha Servers (3 TruClusters). Each server has 2
FCA2384 cards, configured in NSPOF configuration.
* 2 Windows Servers.
* Zoning is active on the San Switches for
controllring which servers see which MSA1000.
2 Zones, 1 tru64 and 1 windows.
* Tru64 Zone contains all the Alpha Servers and one
MSA1000.
* Windows Zone contains the two Windows Servers and
the other MSA1000.

Back in California, when I used to do a "show dev" on
SRM Console on a DS25, I used to see the following:

dgaXXX.XXXX.X.X.X $X$DGAXXX COMPAQ
MSA1000 VOLUME 4.xx
dgbXXX.XXXX.X.X.X $X$DGBXXX COMPAQ
MSA1000 VOLUME 4.xx
Dka0.0.0.1.2 DKA0 Compaq
BD036xxxxx HPB6 (36GB Disk Drive)
Dka100.1.0.1.2 DKA100 Compaq
BD036xxxxx HPB6 (36GB Disk Drive)
Dqa0.0.0.16.0 DQA0
HL-DT-ST-RW/DVD GCC-4480 2.06 (DVD)
Dva0.0.0.1000.0 DVA0
Ega0.0.0.5.2 EGA0
xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx (10/100/1000 ethernet)
Eia0.0.0.8.0 EIA0
xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx (10/100 ethernet)
Pga0.0.0.1.3 PGA0 WWN -
xxx…xxx (Fibre Channel bd)
Pgb0.0.0.2.3 PGB0 WWN -
xxx…xxx (Fibre channel bd)
Pka0.7.0.1.2 PKA0 SCSI Bus
ID 7 (Internal SCSI Bus)
Pkb0.7.0.101.2 PKB0 SCSI
Bus ID 7 (Internal SCSI Bus)

But, now, I see only dga and not dgb. In some alpha
servers, I see dgb and not dga.

Is there something I need to configure on the Alpha
Server or the MSA1000, so that I see both dga and dgb
devices in my SRM Console.
