Hello all!

one of our nis servers running tru64 went down, i migrated the
accounts to the linux machine; that linux is our nis master now,
until we get the tru64 machine a new disk. however all the tru64
nis clients are running enhanced security, and therfore a looking
for prpasswd map on the server, which of course is not existent,
which is shown by ypserv in debug mode:

connect from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
        ypdb_open("domainnameshakeitbaby", "prpasswd")
gdbm_open: GDBM Error Code #3

i can try to build the prpasswd map by hand, and update it
somehow, then patch the ypserv, and then ask for rise;-),
i can also name the passwd.byname prpasswd..
is the disabling the enhanced security on the tru64 nis clients
the only way out of this? is there any way out?

 thanx for Your help!
Yours,
pg
