ES80 mod4 to mod6 upgrade

I will be installing a ES80 Mod4 to ES80 Mod6 upgrade and the upgrade was
ordered with a 3X-KN73A-AB module, but without memory.

Can I installed this upgrade without memory in this CPU card or do I need to
take memory from one of the other Mod's to get it to work? The quick spec
list memory as a mandatory option is the reason I ask.

Also do I need to build a new kernel for this upgrade, the machine is
running in a Tru64 Cluster.
