We recently purchased some EVA5000 arrays to begin replacement our many EMA
arrays due to the number and length of outages we have suffered on the
HSG80s. Reading the HSV documentation I noticed the HSV's support "Online
Upgrade" and "Rolling Upgrade".
The documentation states that the online upgrade will reboot both
controller while I/O is occurring yet they should be back online before
"most" OS timeouts. Has anyone tried this with Tru64UNIX TruCluster
machines attached? If so, what is the experience?
Furthermore, during the rolling upgrade, has anyone experienced problems
with Tru64UNIX TruCluster machines during the HSV failover? Similar, what
is the experience?
