Restricting user login time and day of week

Admins,

Does Tru64 V5.1B provide a method of setting the hours
and day's of the week when a user account can login?

So, User1 may only login Monday thru Friday between
09:00 and 17:00?

If no, does anyone have a technique for doing this?
Preferably cebtralised rather than on an account by
account basis.
