Problem with network speed

Hi everyone,

I'm running Digital Unix 4.0D. I've just migrated our network from a
10MPS half to a 100MPS full duplex network, along with a change of IP
address, and I can't get the card to run at 100MPS full duplex. I've
changed the rc.config file to add "speed 200" into IFCONFIG_0, and
I've added a file called S98mysettings into rc3.d with the line
lan_config –i tu0 –s100 -x1

However, when I reboot the machine, the settings automatically go back
to 10MPS, half duplex, auto-negotiation off.
The card is auto-negotitation capable, and is also capable of running at 10/100.
It's a DEC TULIP (10/100) on pci0 slot 3.

I apologise because I'm sure this is a really simple problem, however
I have run out of places to look to see where these settings are
coming from!
Does anyone have any ideas what file these settings are held in, or
how to force the machine to run on 100MPS full duplex?

Thanks,

Sarah
