5.1B PK4 Cheking Prerequisites Forever!

Hi! Does any one has seen this PK4 behaviour:
I'm installing Patch Kit #4 in a AlphaDS25 and the dupatch menu-driven
process is getting into a cicle (forever asking to go back to the main
menu options), displaying the followin message:

*** Installing 44 patches ***

Problem installing:
 - Tru64_UNIX_V5.1B / Kernel Patches:
        Patch 25007.00 - SP04 OSFATMBIN540

        ./sys/BINARY/lane.mod:
                its origin can not be identified.
This patch will not be installed.

Any Idea to really make it work as the other ten DS25 PK4 installations
I've done before in the
same site. I really don't want to fresh reinstall this server with 5.1B
OS.
