Hi All,
I have a 4100 running 4.0e with a 3-port SWXCR card and 3 external
drive chassis'. I had a problem with one of the cables which I fixed,
but all of the disk were still in a failed state.
I used swxcrmgr to optimize all of the disks. One disk was assigned as
a Hot Spare, it is now ready, but I can't make it a hot spare again
with swxcrmgr because of traffic on the controller. swxcrmon now sends
the following notification email message when I start it up:

NVRAM configuration does not match.
Shelf error on channel 2.
------------------------------------
Is the NVRAM msg. because of the one disk not returned to hot spare
status? Can I reset the shelf error?
The system is 200 miles away, so anything I can do remotely would be
great.
