Time is getting advanced in TruCluster/AlphaserverES40

Hi all,
I'm facing a big problem of "Time" getting advanced by 6-7 minutes in
every one week. We have a TruCluster5.1A with Patch Kit-3, in Dual
Alphaserver ES40. Though NTP is configured in the Cluster & I can force
the time using #ntp -s -f command. But this has to be done every 2-3
Days which is very painful. Also it is in Trading environment, so time
plays a very importat role.

Please suggest some solution.
