select the path from unix

Dear Managers,
I have Acluster V5.1A,each is dual {HBA,F.C switch,
HSG80,Cluster interconnect(memory channel)}
I want to get maxemum performance.by distribute units
among tow HSG80,
how can I do it?
what is the unix command to use to get a unit to use a
right or left port(HSG80)?
please advise me.
