Thanks to Jenny Butler,Alan Davis, David Massaro, Martin Rønde Andersen,
Iain Barker and Tom Blinn.
The key was recreating the links in the newly created domain directories
in /etc/fdmns to the appropriate devices then using showfsets on the domain
gave the name of the volume so it could then be mounted. Finally editing
fstab so they would be mounted at boot.

So far, so good, is fstab still edited by hand?
What can be conclude from dsk2c? AdvFS Manager doesn't
seem to recognize it.

Subject: Mounting advfs volumes
Installed 5.1B over 5.1A (was unable to boot 5.1A owing
to a corruption in kenel) Now I need to mount to drives
labeled user1 and user2 which, which i can't seem to find
going through sysman advfs utilities.I suppose I first
have to construct a new domain for these volumes.
TIA
Tom
