Problems with ArcServe Client on Tru64

I have three Tru64 servers. One is on 5.1a and two are on 5.1b. One of
the 5.1a and one of the 5.1b servers stop communicating with the back up
manager 30 minutes into the backup. Are there ftp parameters that could
be causing the communications to drop? Anybody have an idea?
