TruCluster won't boot (quorum disk in use)

Hi

After a successful "clu_add_member" on the first node of the cluster, the
second cluster member won't boot.

The following error appears:

CNX MGR: cannot form: quorum disk is in use. Unable to establish contact
with members using disk.

Any hint and help are welcome.
