AS 2100 2 300 mhz CPU's, 512 MB memory

In the past week I have had this server freeze 2x. I have looked in the
logs and the errorlog but can't seem to find out what is going on. I am
not really sure where to start.
The first time it did this was in the middle of the day. About lunch
time the Customer Service Manager told me that none of them could get
into it. I could not telnet to it, or ping it, or even get into the root
console. Nothing. The only thing I could do was force a boot.
The second time I saw this was Sunday. We reboot automatically at 3:00
am. It went down ok but was locked and would not come back up.
The operator supervisor told me that she tried to reboot it 2x. The
first time it halted and she shut off all of the switches and then
rebooted it and it worked. (not sure if she had the halt button in or not)
I look at the error logs every week or so. I also look at the messages
file to see what is going on. I run sys_check on this but don't know
what to look for.
Any help would be appreciated.
