SSH is bundled with 5.1B. It was not bundled with 5.1A.

There is an SSH webkit from HP for Tru64 UNIX 5.1A at:
   http://h30097.www3.hp.com/unix/ssh
HP fully supports this distribution on 5.1A

According to Paul Moore of HP, they :
"do not recommend or support that customers install the SSH kit from
Tru64 UNIX V5.1B on V5.1A system."
