Hi,
I have a two node (ES40 and ES45) Tru 64 5.1A cluster attached to HSG
SAN equipment. We have purchased a replacement for the ES40 (another
ES45). Essentially, I was planning on doing the following:
1) Move KGPSA's from the ES40 to the new ES45. Also, hook up the memory
channel interfaces.
2) Boot the ES45 from the ES40's system disks with the generic kernel.
3) Resolve any device issues like network hardware differences, etc.
Has anyone done this type of thing with a cluster before? I have done
this sort of thing in the 4.0f days with a single node, but this is a
bit different. Any info appreciated.
