Can I install a 36.4GB disk in a DS20 ?

I have a DS20 with a KZPAC 3 port RAID controller
which doesn’t support any disks greater than 18.2GB.
But this DS20 also has a KZPCM-DX adapter onto which I
have tried installing a 36.4GB drive (DS-RZ1FB-VW). At
the SRM console, “show device” returns dkb200 Compaq
BA03611C9B so the system is “seeing” the 36.4GB disk
but when I boot the machine the disk is not being
recognized so I cannot use/configure it.

OS is tru64unix 5.1a, firmware is latest 6.6

So my question is how do I get a DS20 to run the
36.4GB disk, if at all ?. Can I do it with the
existing hardware ?. Is there some other adapter I can
install which is compatible with both the 36.4Gb disk
and the DS20, such as the KZPCC-CE ?

Thanks for any assistance,
Bill Hall
