Admins,
I have a 2 port 10/100 NIC (NC3131) installed on an
Alpha (DS20E, Tru64 5.1A, PK6, FW 6.6). I have been
using those two ethernet port for some time now. They
are ee0 and ee1 at the OS level. I installed a
daughter card for that NIC this weekend, to add a Gbit
SX port. It looks like after installing this module,
I had the third network port at the SRM level (fwa0 I
think), but nothing at the OS level.
I read the release notes and driver CD that came with
the NC6132 upgrade module, but there is nothing for
Tru64 Unix. The only Unix was Unixware. I couldn't
find anything in the archives either. Is this
supported on Tru64, and is there a driver or HW kit I
need to install?
