The answer I got was:
Look in /etc/auth/system/default
Take care on ":u_restrict:" or ":u_policy:" parameter.

I'm a bit careful to change these values. Bud I know where to look.
On a quiet friday afternoon I will test.

Thanks in advance;

Regards, Gert Maaskant

The question was:
Hi Managers;

We running Tru64 4.0G on totaly 6 AlphaServers 1200 .
All the systems are the same qua hardware, OS and patchlevel.

We use C2 Security.
OSFC2SEC445 C2-Security (System Administration)
OSFXC2SEC445 C2-Security GUI (System Administration)

On one server the users are forced to change theire password with a capitol
character in it. On all of the other servers is that not a case.
Does someone know what the problem is, and where I can look to fix ??
