Hi managers,
While installing an application (abaqus) I get the error message :
220731:./Python: /sbin/loader: Fatal Error: object libcxx.so from liblist
in ./Python has version "cxx6.3", which does not match the found object: /usr/
shlib/libcxx.so (with version "_null")
I strongly suspect that the version of my C++ compiler is to low. Current
version is 6.2 - 024. According to system requirements of the application
I need at least version 6.3 - 011.
Now the question is : since the compiler I currently have is the one that
was shipped with the operating system (Tru64 version 5.1), does someone
know where I can download a more recent version of the compaq c++ compiler
(at least 6.3 - 011)
I already tried google and the compaq website but couldn't find what I was
looking for.
