PCI slot scan order for ES40 and ES45

Admins,

Is anyone able to provide me we the PCI slot scan sequence
for an ES40 Model 1 and ES45 Model 2?

I am just setting up 2 x ES40(M1) and 2 x ES45(M2)
for use in a 4 node cluster. Each server will have
two HBA's installed (DS-KGPSA-DA) to enable multi-pathing
through two Cisco MDS9216 fabric switches connected to HDS storage.

I need to know where to locate the HBA's so all servers detect the LUN's in the same order. Many thanks.
